Anandamela Terms

Registration is strictly first-cum-first serve basis. There are limited tables available.

Each participants will have to pay Rs. 1000 /- towards registration fee. 

Registration confirmation subject to payment of registration fee. Failed to make payment within 2 days of registration, registration will be cancelled automatically. On event of registration cancellation, next wait listed candidate will be considered.

Maximum price of food item should be - Competitive

Non-vegetarian food items will not be allowed in anandamela premise.

Only one item per table will be allowed. Please mention specific food name (e.g. Panipuri), not just like "Chaat" or snacks. In such cases, the item will be cancelled.

Participants should understand that, the event is organized as a fun event. While deciding price of food items, they should consider only his/her expenses and keep it minimal.

No duplicate food item will be allowed. In case of duplication, anandamela team will contact the participants to change the food item based on registration time-stamp.

Participants are allowed to change their items only once, if he/she wish to do so.

One table and one chair will be provided to each participants. No electrical connection will be provided to participants. Place will be well-lighted.

Participants should not do any cooking in anandamela premise.

No refund will be allowed on event of cancellation. Refund will be allowed in special cases subject to consideration by anandamela team.

PW Durga Puja samiti has right to cancel any entry in case of conflict or any other reason. In such case, participants will get refund of registration amount if he/she has already made the payment.

The best food items will be given prizes, as per a group of independent judges. In case of selection of best foods, the decision of judges will be final.
